The search for a rental property is initially non-binding. Only in the case of a successful brokerage of a suitable property will we receive a one-time brokerage commission of 2.38 basic rents including VAT in accordance with the regulations of the customer principle for the successful search. The commission is based on the basic rent agreed in the lease without additional costs. There are no additional costs to be paid. If the right property is not there or you find something somewhere else, there are no costs for you.
You will only receive offers that contain all the selected criteria.
I hereby consent to my personal data being collected, permanently stored electronically and processed by M.Maile Immobilien GmbH in order to send me properties from the portfolio, invitations and information on events and services and, if applicable, greeting cards and emails on selected dates. I have been informed of my rights and how my data will be handled by the privacy notices below. Your personal data is processed if you have given us written consent to do so in order to be able to offer you properties from our portfolio and services as an owner, buyer or interested party. You will additionally receive advertising from us for real estate events in which we are involved and irregular greeting cards on selected dates. This written consent can be revoked at any time.
You have the right to request information about the data we have stored about you at any time. In addition, you can exercise your right to rectification, deletion and restriction. Furthermore, you have the right of data portability and objection as stated under "Purposes and legal basis of data processing and duration of storage".
If you believe that we are processing your data in breach of applicable data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
In principle, our services are only possible if you provide us with your personal data. For example, invoicing makes this indispensable.
If we process your personal data on the basis of the balance of interests or for the purpose of direct advertising, you have the right to object to the data processing at any time. You can send us your objection informally via the contact details which you will find at the beginning of this data protection notice.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must send us, the company M.Maile Immobilien GmbH, Königstraße 80, 70173 Stuttgart, Represented by the Managing Director Michael Maile, Tel.: (0711) 870 34 85, E-Mail: info[at]immobilien-stuttgart.com, by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
If you have requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

I expressly require that you start the execution of the commissioned service before the end of the withdrawal period.
I am aware that the right of revocation expires before the end of the revocation period if the service has been provided in full and the performance of the service has only begun after I have given my express consent (§ 356 para. 4 BGB).
I confirm that with the signing of a rental contract a commission of 2.38 cold monthly rents incl. VAT is to be paid for the successful search. If the right property is not found or I find it elsewhere, there will be no costs for me.
